A contractor, not a call center.
Quality Construction, Inc. was founded by Benjamin R. Roy — a Clearwater native, proud Clearwater High Tornado, and second-generation builder who grew up around the trade here in Tampa Bay.
The company runs on a simple standard drawn from his faith and the way he was raised: do the right thing, and treat every client's home the way you'd want your own treated. Honest estimates, work done to code, and a handshake that still means something.
That's the whole reason Quality Construction exists — to give Greater Tampa Bay homeowners and businesses careful, code-compliant work and a builder who actually picks up the phone.
